Location
Pranzac town (Charente), 20 km East of Angouleme.
Description
Sedimentary rock. Oolitic limestone in small, medium or large grains. Compact and homogeneous, dotted appearance or pearled with clear beige colour. Many small holes. Presence of small stripped crystals. This stone is available in 2 varieties corresponding to 4 benches in the quarry : clear Luget and shelled Luget.
