Location
Many towns near Montalieu (Isère), 40 km East of Lyon.

Description
Sedimentary rock. Compact limestone, very fine in texture, appearance is spotted and ramagé, medium beige brown color ranging from yellow to grey. Presence of spots ranging from cloudy light beige to yellow.
Small veins of calcite crystallized distributed regularly. Some slabs present fine thin veins, appearance is foliated.
